My Approach to therapy

No matter where you are in life—whether you're a young adult navigating new responsibilities and big decisions, an adult struggling with anxiety or sadness, a parent feeling drained, stressed, and emotionally overwhelmed, or an immigrant working hard to rebuild your life in the U.S.—you don't have to face it alone. I am here to help you find balance, peace, and the support you deserve.

I am an empathetic and attentive listener, I am committed to helping you explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Together, we will look at how your past history influences your present experiences and how current circumstances may maintain patterns of behavior or emotional responses. You will feel accepted and heard, while also challenging you to confront the obstacles that may be preventing you from making meaningful changes.

I don’t approach therapy with an agenda but I will be there to support and guide you in your journey of awareness.

By working through these challenges, we can uncover new insights and pathways for growth, empowering you to live a more fulfilling life.

I am here to support you in navigating your journey toward greater self-awareness and transformation, while also holding you accountable in pursuing the changes you seek.
